Eyelid Surgery
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is the most common facial surgery and can do more to improve your appearance than any other single procedure. Excess skin and fatty tissues are removed to open up the eyes and get rid of the tired and sad look. Blepharoplasty is commonly combined with a facelift or forehead lift. If visual fields are affected upper eyelid surgery may be covered by insurance. A visual field test is used to obtain insurance authorization prior to surgery. Incisions are well hidden recovery is very quick.

Lip Augmentation

Use of these products are “off label” according to the FDA, Dr. Mabourakh will discuss this with you. Although these products are used in the lips they are not approved by the FDA for this purpose but their use in other areas is approved. More permanent result can be obtain with fat transfer techniques.

Otoplasty, or ear surgery, to correct protruding or prominent ears is performed through a small incision behind the ears. The ear shape is corrected to avoid the prominent appearance.
